Born in Bogota Colombia, Giovanny Fietz moved to the US at the age of 13, and currently lives in Buffalo, NY.
Gio was inspired to pursue photography at a very young age, after being encouraged by family and teachers, while living in Hong Kong China, to follow his obvious talents. Gio studied Fine Arts at the University of Buffalo, and while attending school had the opportunity to travel around the world, intern as a photographer and work with many different organizations as a freelance photographer.
Photography is Gio's biggest passion. As a very creative person, he loves working in any type of environment and it shows in the work. He views photography as a means of expression–visuals are a key to communication.
